Love’s Reach
I felt so distant from you,
My arms would never reach;
I felt like you had dropped me,
Leaving more than footprints that day on the beach.
My heart was nearly breaking,
My soul I thought I lost,
I was giving up and paying the price,
No matter what the cost.
Then, suddenly, like a breath of fresh air,
A peace had settled in;
I now knew your love was there,
Giving strength while mine was wearing thin.
Your hand reached down so gently,
Lightly brushing my cheek,
My search was finally over,
For I had found the one I seek.

Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day! A day about love, how much better can it get? Well, it is a special day and I will always treasure the celebration of love in its simplest and purest forms but it is special for me because it is also my birthday. It is for these reasons why I feel impressed to tell you about the greatest love that I have ever known in my poem, "Love's Reach." I pray that you will read it and be blessed. Remember, there wouldn't even be a Valentine's Day if God wouldn't have "so loved the world." Praise Jesus, He did. John 3:16. ! Please read the poem below....
