Hello all - it is with a heavy heart that I write this posting. I recently learned today that a beloved brother in Christ, Pastor Martin, has recently been diagnosed with bladder cancer. As it is written in His Word, "Call on the elders of the church to pray...," "Pray for one another," we are calling you all to prayer. Pray for peace for both He and His family, pray for a deepened trust in our Savior and Healer, pray for his wife and daughters, pray for strength, pray for wisdom, pray for the anointing of the Holy Spirit to fall fresh on him. I fully believe that thousands have been saved as a result of Pastor Martin and the ministry that he and his team accomplished. This man of God I know will be used once again to demonstrate the glory of God, even now He is being bathed in His glory, flooded with His grace and inundated in His presence. For, "God promises to love me all day, sing songs all through the night! My life is God's prayer." - Psalms 42:8
Right now, Pastor Martin is being carried before the throne on the shoulders of His Savior and being offered to the Father. Can you picture it? Can you picture such a loving and tender moment between a Lord and His disciple, between a bride and His bride groom, between a Father and His Son, between the Son and His brother? Can you imagine for just a moment that you matter that much to the Lord? You, Pastor Martin and me are worth more to God than flocks of sparrows, than anything else on this planet. As it is written in His Word, if you as a parent are willing to give good gifts to your children, how much more our Father in heaven is willing to give good gifts to you. Allow Him to fill you, Allow Him to heal you, Allow Him to make Himself real to you and embrace His ever-flowing, ever-reaching, ever-healing stream of grace.
I praise God for you! Please remember Pastor Martin in your prayers, prayer groups and Bible studies. Thank-you and God Bless!
